Academy Director
Rich Odell has served private independent boarding and day schools in leadership roles for over 40 years.
During the last 30 he served as either Head or President, including founding the school at IMG Academy.
Rich also created HeadsUp Educational Consulting with Pat Bassett, former President of NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools). The Company consulted with over 300 private schools in and outside the United States.
