If not, we will start with a heavy focus on early golf fundamentals which include full swing basics, short game basics, learn to bring it to the course and rules of golf. These are also the early stages of forming a mentorship and trust with the new students / player. All players will have programs specific to where their skills are.

We will ALWAYS be managing expectations and making sure our team is thinking in a way that will help them get the most out of each and every day. We will go over mental strategies to help them on and off the course along with some mental training sessions specific to each player. Each week will have fun team games and competitions to bring the kids together and have a healthy team environment.

Once they learn the fundamentals it is time for skill acquisition. These skills include the various disciplines such as long game, short game, mental game, and management game.

While many middle school students will still be developing core fundamentals, those entering the program with more experience or playing at an elite level will receive advanced instruction, competitive training plans, and progression pathways aligned with high-performance development goals.

Each player will have a personalized training routine to help target all their “areas of growth” which will gather through stat tracking in casual and tournament rounds of golf. Depending on players skill, we will set a tournament schedule to best help them in the recruiting process.

Development happens differently for all players. As the golfers progress our training will move with them. Golf is not a team sport all though we will train as a team each player will have individual goals and objectives.

It is much easier to identify areas of importance at this stage because you typically have more of a sample size. Students in this level will be utilizing strength and conditioning to compliment the on and off the course training. The key is to set attainable goals in all areas. The fact is, some student athletes need to focus more on personal or academic goals in place of athletic goals. Each student is unique.

Learning to compete in tournament play and advance their skills. In most scenarios, the golfer needs to score better so our efforts will be around that. Again, each player is unique and has unique needs.

Through our relationships, we can help coordinate a schedule that certain schools pay more attention to. Also, we can look into hosting college coaches to our practice sessions which I've personally done in the past.

We can help populate a college list based on the athletes requirements, set schedules and goals to help with the objective. We will help with college recruiting emails, golf swing videos and data that's shareable with coaches. Help find college showcases (9-11th grade) to get you in front of these coaches for a full day of practice and competition.

There is a process of communication with the school and the coach. We help students create a tournament schedule for the year based on their residence and appetite for competition. Creating a highlight reel accompanied with tournament success, swing videos, and Trackman data all prove to be helpful in the recruiting process.
